'Junction 8' is our different Tango night!; enjoy the great atmosphere as we dance to a fantastic mix of modern, alternative, and tango music. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and the music is all fantastic for dancing. It’s a doddle to find, and there's oodles of parking.
Workshop
There's a workshop at 5.30pm, before 'Junction 8'; enjoy 90 minutes of focused tuition in a small group then join us for an informal Pizza supper before the dance night. Details here...
Music mix
We take a different approach to the music at 'Junction 8'. We play some of the best traditional tango, but most of the music is 'nuevo' tango music (Gotan, Bajofondo, Otros Aires), and other dance tracks that suit tango style. Always different, but always good for dancing!

Cox Green Community Centre, Highfield Lane, Maidenhead SL6 3AX
From M4 Junction 8/9 take A404(M). After ¾ mile take 1st exit. At the top of the slip road turn right at the roundabout. Go straight on at the next roundabout (Shoppenhangers Road). After ½ mile turn right at the next roundabout (Highfield Lane). Cox Green Community Centre is ½ mile on the left, before the traffic lights. Follow the drive round to the right.
Park up and grab your dancin' shoes!
Fom M40 Junction 4 follow A404(M) towards M4. After 7 miles exit at Junction 9b (Maidenhead & A4). At the first roundabout turn right into Cannon Lane, for 1/2 mile. Opposite the 'Thatched Cottage' Pub, turn left into Highfield Lane. The entrance to Cox Green Centre is shortly after the narrow bridge with traffic lights. Follow the drive round to the Right.
