Music selection
The choice of music makes all the difference at a Milonga, so we pay particular attention to this at the Eton Milongas. You can expect a rich variety of the very best traditional Tango, Milonga and Vals played in structured Tandas. The music is selected with loving care; each and every track is chosen for being wonderful for dancing, and the selection is adjusted constantly to suit what’s happening on the dance floor. If you like dancing to more modern mix of music then try our "Junction 8" milongas.
Floorcraft & etiquette
At our dance nights all dancers are expected to respect the best standards of floorcraft and consideration for other dancers. This helps everyone to enjoy an evening of pleasant dancing. Please follow these guidelines:
Please do: |
|
Keep a constant flow of movement around the dance floor. Dance in a constant lane around the dance floor, never the middle. |
|
Please don't: |
|
Step or travel against the line of dance. Teach each other steps. Stand or sit obstructing the dance floor.
